Oliver Grace is a brand and user experience studio I founded in 2019 built, scaled and sold in 2024.
The studio has grown from a small founding team into a respected business, shaped deliberately over time. Attention was paid not only to the quality of the work, but to the kind of studio Oliver Grace was becoming, the decisions it made as it grew, and the standards it held along the way.
I founded Oliver Grace alongside Nick Lehrain, the studios Creative Director and remain involved as General Manager, supporting its next phase within the parent group and ensuring continuity as the business evolves beyond its founding chapter.

Oliver Grace was never intended to be a volume-driven agency. It was built to help businesses strengthen their brand and treat digital product as a core expression of that brand, not a separate exercise.
This meant working closely with leadership teams, understanding the realities they were navigating, and shaping brands and experiences that could support growth, customer expectations and organisational complexity at the same time.
Across its lifecycle, Oliver Grace has delivered brand and user experience work for more than 100 clients, spanning retail, health, consumer goods, technology and purpose-led organisations.
Consistency over time mattered. Not every project was high profile, but every project carried responsibility. Maintaining clarity, judgement and quality across that breadth of work was central to how the studio operated and how trust was built with clients.
The work produced by Oliver Grace has been recognised across Australian and international design awards, including multiple Good Design Awards, Australian Design Awards, AGDA Awards and a Webby nomination.
More importantly, the work has supported outcomes that extend beyond awards. Clients have raised capital, entered new markets, have been recognised as leaders in their categories, and built businesses and brands capable of their next stage of growth.
